How it works
Three steps to a BIM model
No software to install and no BIM skills needed. You send what you have; we send back IFC.
- 1
Upload
Drop DWG/DXF drawings, PDF plans, sketches or photos — or just describe the building.
- 2
We model
We build an IFC4 model at LOD 100–200, check it against your inputs and list every assumption.
- 3
Download
Explore it in 3D on your project page and download an IFC that opens in any BIM tool.
What you get
Whatever you have in, a clean IFC model out
Any input, mixed in one project
Combine drawings with a few written dimensions — a sketch plus a note beats either one alone.
Validated IFC4
Every model passes automatic checks before delivery.
- One project, site & building
- Every element on a storey
- Metric units
- Typed walls, doors, windows
3D viewer in the browser
Orbit the model, isolate storeys and check the element summary — before you download anything.
Checked by people
Every model is reviewed, and every guess — heights, thicknesses, roof — is written down for you.
Public, but private where it counts
Projects build a public gallery; your email is encrypted and only used to tell you the model is ready.
Reference projects
See the output before you upload
Four buildings made with the same pipeline as customer projects. Open one to explore it in 3D or download the IFC.
Use cases
Built for everyone who works with buildings
Architects & designers
Turn legacy 2D drawings into a BIM starting point instead of redrawing them.
Contractors & estimators
Get quantities and a coordination model when the client only has PDFs.
Homeowners
See your sketch or old house plan as a 3D model you can share with builders.
Facility managers
Build an IFC of existing buildings from archive drawings for operations.
FAQ
Questions & answers
Anything else? Write to us — we read every message.
What is IFC?
IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) is the open, vendor-neutral standard for BIM models. An IFC file opens in Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Solibri, BIMcollab Zoom and many free viewers.
Are projects public?
Yes. During early access every project is public: after a quick check, its description, uploaded files and finished model are visible to anyone. Your display name is shown; your email is encrypted and only used to tell you when the model is ready.
How long does it take?
Every model is built and checked by a person. Expect it within 24–48 hours. If something is unclear we ask on your project page and by email.
What level of detail do I get?
LOD 100–200: storeys, walls, slabs, roofs, doors, windows and rooms with base quantities. No structural or MEP detail yet.
Can I delete my project?
Yes. When you create a project you get a private manage link. Use it to edit or delete the project and all its files at any time. Files are never used to train AI models.
What does it cost?
Early access is free. We'll announce pricing before it changes, and nothing you've already ordered will be charged.
Which file sizes are supported?
Up to 100 MB per file and 20 files per project. Split very large drawing sets into several files.
